Shipping policy

Once the order has been accepted and payment has been received, the item will be shipped. Please allow 2-3 working days from acceptance to shipping. Orders are shipped by signed for 2nd class delivery as default, however should you require a faster delivery then drop an email to kellyswilliams04@live.co.uk and I will send you a faster delivery link for additional payment.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery (this allows for processing time, packaging and delivery) You will receive proof of packaging and tracking information via email. Information regarding the courier and who to contact in case of loss damage will also be provided in your acceptance email. Please note I the seller owner of Kels gems and Trinkets holds no responsibility for any loss or damages caused by the delivery or courier service. Contact information regarding the courier or postal service used will be provided at the time sale acceptance.

Shipping is free to orders over £60 and special postal deals will be advertised on my main page.
